Spivey Club offers homes that are already under construction.  If you need a new home right away, this is an excellent option as you can see what it looks like, how it sits on the lot, how much yard you will have, and much more.  We will be happy to show you all of the features that have been selected for any of our "under construction" homes. Any features that are still undecided can be selected by you.

If you have time and want to make selection decisions from the beginning, we have a spectacular assortment of lots from which to choose.  They include golf course lots, with or without basement, level lots, lots with larger back yards, and lots with trees or without trees.  Come and make your selection early for the best options.

Our Portfolio of floor plans includes something for every family's needs and wants.  We have Ranch Style Homes with all of the bedrooms on the main level, plans with the master bedroom on the main level and additional bedrooms upstairs and plans with all bedrooms upstairs.  We offer different exteriors to choose form and can make modifications if needed, for your particular preferences.
