Every new home at The Spivey Club is

not only surrounded by but also comes with a membership to Lake Spivey Golf Club. 

Undergoing a major renovation in 2008, the course is now in incredible shape and ready to challenge you at every shot. 

The pool, tennis courts, driving range and pavillion are a short iron from our neighborhood and connected via cart paths. 

The clubhouse features a full service bar and dining room, meeting rooms, lokcer rooms, and a full service pro shop.

The neighborhood even features its very own practice hole that is available at any time for our residents.
