These are pictures are examples of the views from the future homes of The Spivey Club. We have 64 golf view lots for you to choose from. Many lots also feature basement options so that you have plenty of room for growth, storage or the golf cart that you drive down to the clubhouse. The views you see here will be protected in a conservation easement that prohibits the land from ever being converted to housing. Also, covenants will protect the interior of our neighborhood and your lawn will be maintained by our homeowner's association. This is easy living.
